Job Description:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the station/retail store Assist management including, but not limited to, payroll, meal break compliance, discipline, and termination Assist in scheduling, and you are present or available by phone for all shifts Assist Manager in accurate delivery of invoices, check requests, weekly and monthly reports Maintain clean and safe work environment for employees and customers Assist Manager to Ensure that the store is properly stocked with products at all times and that there are adequate store supplies.
Monitor gasoline inventories and properly report discrepancies Clear and frequent communication with employees, Manager and District manager, to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the station/store Job Requirements:
Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and with a team Must be 21 years of age or older Must have red card or willing to train and take exam for red card Reliable, punctual, and ethical.
Available for work on all shifts, as assigned Professional, courteous contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community at large Neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with company image standards Must have the ability to work all days and all shifts Job Type:
